The Challenge

Nestle needed to create a "Confectionery Eras Tour" experience for their internal annual conference that captured the energy of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour while staying within copyright boundaries and keeping KitKat at the center. Complex Requirements: Multiple deliverables including backdrop, bookcase display, sample table, and photo opportunity, tight 5-week timeline from concept to installation at Meridian Arts Centre, concert aesthetic without using Taylor Swift imagery or copyright elements, and cohesive experience for internal Nestle Next conference attendees.

The Solution

I led the creative development of an immersive concert experience using original stage lighting, dimensional star elements, and speaker-inspired design to create authentic concert energy while keeping KitKat front and center. Key Design Elements: Concert Stage Backdrop with dramatic lighting effects and KitKat star as focal point, Speaker-Inspired Bookcase that transformed standard display into concert sound system, Interactive Photo Frame providing modern selfie opportunity with concert props, and Smart Brand Integration using KitKat's red as foundation for entire concert aesthetic.
